Details: What is included? - Invitations which measure 15cmx10.5cm approx and are all made from 220 gsm premium white card stock. - Custom sized envelopes hand made from premium 210 gsm card and 160gsm cardstock. - Details Card which is the same size as the invitation card 15cm x 10.5cm. - RSVP Card 10.5cmx8cm & custom envelope for your guest to use to respond. - Banding with your special date on to hold everything together A sample pack is available to order - if you want to check out the design and quality for yourself before you commit to placing an order, please order a sample pack. Please note the wording on the sample packs is standard and not customised or personal, it is purely an example of the quality and gives you an idea of what you will receive with each invitation. Quantity Please choose your quantity from the drop down box 'Number of Invitations'. Personalisation/Customisation Invitation: All of the text is completely customisable. Please use the personalisation box with all the information you wish to have included ie. a) Name of the happy couple in the order you want then to appear on the invite eg. Katherine & Alexander. b) The date of your wedding and the time, eg. 14.02.25 at 6pm c) The name of the venue together with the address. d) Any additional text you would like to include (on the invitation). Details Card: a) Venue name and full address for the wedding breakfast and/or reception together with any additional information ie. parking/disabled facilities/baby facilities etc. b) Accommodation details for any of your guests who may want to stay over. Details of any block booking at the venue where your guests are able to take advantage of reduced prices together with details of any local hotels and accommodation including name, full address, telephone number and/or website details and any examples of the price range. c) Gifts - it is a good idea to include this on your details card for your guests. You may have a web address for a wedding list with a store or you may want to let them know that you would prefer a financial contribution to the wedding etc. Whatever your preference, let your guests know in advance so they can prepare. d) Any other information about your special day that you think your guests should know. RSVP Cards Please let is know the date you would like to receive your responses to your invite by so we can include this information on the card together with a telephone number to rsvp to. Please make sure that all the information above is provided at the time you place your order. Please also ensure that your wording is correct and as you want it and all names etc are spelled correctly as we cannot take responsibility for typos and incorrect spelling! If we notice anything typos we will of course get in touch with you to double check things but ultimately it is your responsibility and should your order arrive with typos you should place another order with the correct wording/spelling. Once we receive your order, we will go through all the information provided and 'mock up' your invitations, details cards and rsvp cards etc. The mock up will be sent to you in digital format as a PDF. Once you have received the mock up - please revert to us with any changes or, if you are happy with everything please let us know and we will go ahead and prepare your order. All orders are sent out by Royal Mail Tracked 48 so for UK customers delivery will be within 48hrs of dispatch and for international customers 5-7 working days from dispatch.
